Redesigned candidate details in a requisition

If the Redesigned Talent Acquisition Lists feature toggle is enabled for your organization, candidate details list in a requisition provides a focused view of candidate information. The list includes candidate, application, workflow, behavioral fit, qualifications fit, and requirement question details. The candidate list also includes color-coded alerts, an always-visible search form, and context-sensitive actions that support candidate review and follow-up activities.
This table shows the features of the redesigned candidate details list in a requisition:
Feature Description
Search form Remains visible in the candidate list and filters candidates by first name, last name, type, workflow step, and workflow start date.
Context-sensitive actions Show actions that apply to the selected candidate record. When you select a candidate record, the toolbar provides access to View Attachments and Schedule Interview actions. Additional actions are available if you click the More Actions button.
Focused columns Show key candidate information, such as candidate name, type, workflow step, workflow start date, applications, behavioral fit, qualifications fit, and requirement question results.
Color-coded alerts Highlight candidate and application information that might require attention, such as candidate status, workflow progress, behavioral fit scores, and requirement question results.

Accessing redesigned candidate details when dashboard panels for job requisition is enabled

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Requisitions.
  2. On any tab, double-click a requisition record.
  3. To view candidates who applied for the requisition, click the Applications tab.

Accessing redesigned candidate details from the Requisition List

  1. Select Talent Acquisition.
  2. Select Requisitions > Open.
    Recruiters can also access the list by clicking the On Hold tab and then clicking the number in the Active column.
  3. In the New, Active, Offer, or Hire column, click the number that represents the number of candidates in that status.
    If your administrator has enabled the Flyout Panel on Lists feature toggle, the list opens in a flyout panel.
