Determining OBBBA qualified tips

The OBBBA proposed regulations identify occupations that customarily and regularly receive tips and define qualified tips that eligible taxpayers may claim as a deduction.

You can use the Treasury Tipped Occupation Code (TTOC) Mapping business class to assign TTOC codes to jobs and differentiate qualified tips from those not eligible for deduction claims.
