Configuring the required fields for credentials

To require the conditional fields when an employee adds an existing credential, you must configure the required fields for existing credentials.

You can require these conditional fields:
  • Credential Number
  • Digital ID
  • Recent Renewal and Expiration Date
  • Qualification Source
  • Other Source
  • Attachment
  • Comments
  1. Select HR Administration > Qualifications > Credentials.
  2. Select a credential.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Select the Allow Employee Field Customizations check box.
  5. Select the Visible check box to enable a specific conditional field for employees.
  6. Select the Required check box to require a specific conditional field.
  7. Click Save.
