Retaking completed development plans

If the retake action is enabled for the development plan and the development plan is available for enrollment, you can retake the completed development plan from the catalog or from your list of past development plans.

Retaking a completed development plan from the catalog

  1. Select Learning.
  2. Click Catalog.
  3. Click the Search Development Plans tab.
  4. Search for a development plan you have previously completed.
  5. Select the development plan and click Re-take.
    You are re-enrolled in the development plan and all of the associated activities, and a new enrollment record is created without overwriting the original completion.

Retaking completed development plans from the Past Development Plans list

  1. Select Learning.
  2. Click the Development Plans tab.
  3. In the Past Development Plans section, search for a development plan you have previously completed.
  4. Select the development plan and click Re-take.
    You are re-enrolled in the development plan and all of the associated activities, and a new enrollment record is created without overwriting the original completion.
