Compensation roles

Compensation uses role-based security to control access to features and data.

Each role supports specific responsibilities, such as administering compensation programs, configuring compensation structures, processing compensation actions, and viewing compensation information.

Assigning the appropriate roles ensures that users have access only to the functions they need to perform their tasks.

The Compensation module enables organizations to set up and manage employee compensation programs, including salary structures, step and grade schedules, compensation awards, and incentive compensation programs.
