Overtime widget

As a manager, this widget helps you track how much overtime your team is working each month. It shows overtime hours as a percentage of total worked hours, allowing you to identify patterns and monitor workload distribution. The widget shows data for the last four months, excluding the current month, so you can see if overtime is increasing, decreasing, or staying the same.

This widget is built using Birst Analytics and uses Birst Query Language (BQL) to pull data from the company’s data system. You see data only for the teams you manage, including any child teams under your supervision. When hovering over a data point, a tooltip is displayed showing the overtime percentage, month, and team.
