Editing permissions and access to workspaces
As an administrator, you can assign access to individual workspaces. In this process, you should add all role types to the list, then assign the appropriate permission level that users have for each role.
- Sign in to Infor OS Portal Workspaces.
- Click the navigation menu.
- In the section, select to launch the OS admin application.
- On the Home tab, click .
- From the navigation menu, click , then select the category that includes the workspace you want to edit permissions for.
- Select a workspace.
- In the table heading, click .
- Specify the role type.
- In Search Role, search and select a role, then add it to the list. Repeat this step to add more roles.
- Assign permissions to each role.
- Click .
