Real-Time Value workspaces

Your workspace is assigned based on your role. It’s pre-configured with widgets that match the tasks associated with your responsibilities. The workspace gives you a consolidated view for analysis and quick access to critical pages within Infor HR Talent modules.

You can personalize your workspace by removing widgets or adding new ones from the widget catalog, as long as they’re enabled for your role. Administrators can also update workspaces to reflect evolving role requirements.

Real-Time Value widgets

These widgets show high-level information at a glance and let you access relevant pages in Infor HR Talent instantly—without having to navigate through menus. For example, if you're a manager, your workspace might include the Expiring Credentials widget. It shows which of your direct reports have expired certifications, including their names, the expired certifications, and expiration dates. You can click a record to open it directly on the Credentials page or use View All to see all reports with expired credentials.

You can find additional widgets in the widget catalog. Configuration administrators can add or remove widgets from your workspace as required.

Adding workspaces

If you're a configuration administrator, you can add one workspace per role. Before doing so, you must configure a parameter—this is a one-time setup step.
