Hiring widget
This widget shows information about workflow statuses and candidates with assigned actionable items.
As a manager, you can use this widget to monitor requisitions, view candidate summaries, search for candidates, and create new requisitions.
This list shows the tabs available in the Hiring widget for manager:
- The Candidate alert tab shows candidates with assigned actionable items. You can send emails to these candidates and access details in the application. You can filter requisitions based on these types:
- Hire
- Do Not Hire
- Expressed Interest
- Aging Candidate
- The Candidate summary tab shows information about hiring workflows. You can select a job requisition and view each step in the associated hiring workflow. Clicking on a workflow step redirects you to HR Talent, allowing access to detailed information directly within the application.
To access a page with all assigned actionable items and detailed hiring workflow steps, click and select .
