Open HR Cases widget

As an HR administrator, you can use this widget in your prioritization of open case tickets. You can track the progress of each ticket through the completion process and can create new cases from within the widget.

This list shows the menu options you can select in the Open HR Cases widget:
  • To review the details of a case, click Review Case.
  • To create a new case, click Create Case.
  • To access the My Open Cases tab of the agent queue, click View all.
