Generating ION API keys

  1. In Infor OS, select API Gateway > .
  2. Select Authorized Apps > HCM Case Simple Email Integration.
  3. Click Download Credentials.
  4. Specify this information:
    Create Service Account
    Turn on the Create Service Account switch to associate a user with this service account if the request requires user context.
    Full Name
    Specify the name of the employee with an Admin_ST, CaseAdmin_ST, and CaseServiceConfigAdmin_ST role.
  5. Click Download.
    A file with file name HCM Case Simple Email Integration.ionapi containing the generated ION API keys is downloaded.
  6. Open the HCM Case Simple Email Integration.ionapi file.
    The file displays the ION API keys in JSON format. Use an online JSON formatter to have the file in a more readable format.
