Accessing Action Request documents

Infor HR Talent uses action requests to process requests that require approval and create a record in the system. Action requests contain information and attachments stored in the HR Action Request Documents business class, which is integrated into the HRT IDM Private Space.

Attachments submitted through action requests are saved in IDM after the requests are completed to ensure that documents are stored, searchable, and available to both initiators and approvers.

As a document administrator, you can view attachments submitted through action requests and historical action requests.

  1. In HR Talent, select System Administration > Documents > Activity.
  2. In the Documents pane, click View All.
  3. Specify HCM_HRActionRequestDocument in the Source field.
    Optionally, you can click the Search button and specify HR Action Request Document in the Source field.
  4. Click Search.
