Setting up printers

As an administrator, you must set up printers to use IDM Private Space functionalities such as print document and mass printing.

  1. From the navigation menu, select Document Management.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select HCM > Document Output > Print.
  3. Switch on the IDM Enterprise Print setting.
  4. Click Manage Service.
  5. On the Print Locations tab, ensure that a location is enabled and has an OK status.
  6. On the Printers tab, click Add.
  7. Specify this information:
    Location
    Select the location of the printer from the drop-down menu. The location is listed on the Print Locations tab.
    Printer
    Select a printer that is available within your range or system.
    Printer ID
    Specify the printer ID of the printer that you selected.
  8. Click Save.
