Updating a correspondence

Before you update a correspondence, you must create an ad hoc email.

You can update a correspondence that is in Created status.

  1. From the dashboard, select a transition program.
    Optionally, select a transition program on Transition Programs.
  2. Click All, then double-click the name of the candidate or resource.
  3. Click Correspondence.
  4. Right-click the correspondence with a Created status and select Open.
  5. Update the correspondence of the resource or candidate.
  6. Click Save.
  7. To send the updated correspondence, select ... > Send.
