Limiting dashboard data to a specific transition program

When you access the dashboard, the data that is displayed reflects a transition program that is selected by the system. You can limit the data to a specific program by selecting the program in the program list. When you click a program on the program list, the graphs in the dashboard are updated to reflect data that is associated with that program.

You can use the keyword search to locate a specific program. The search includes these transition program fields:

  • Code
  • Description
  • Long Description
  • Initiating Action

The search results include all active and inactive transition programs.

  1. Access the dashboard and verify that the Overview tab is selected.
  2. Specify a search term in the Keyword field and click Search.
