Uploading a PDF

1. Locate and save the latest version of the Form W-4 pdf or Disability Form pdf to your local machine.
2. To get the latest document template for Disability or W-4 form for an upgrade or installation, select Administrator > Transition Management > Setup > Transition Document Templates.
3. Open the template.
4. For an upgrade, a pdf is already associated to the Template. Select the X on the Template File Link to delete the pdf and click Save.
5. Click the Folder button to browse for the file.
6. Select the pdf that you downloaded.
7. Click Save.
8. Click the link to launch the PDF. If you are prompted to select the program to use to open the document, then select Adobe.
