Deactivating transition forms

When a transition form is deactivated, it cannot be added to a transition program. Deactivated forms can be activated later.
  1. Select Administrator > Transition Management > Setup > Transition Forms.
  2. Clear the Active check box to deactive the form.
  3. Click Save.
