Initiation of the Form I-9 task

The Form I-9 can be initiated during the preboarding of a candidate or the onboarding of an employee. An employee profile and From I-9 for a candidate or resource are created or updated in Tracker I-9 Complete under these circumstances:

• An initiating action automatically creates a transition program that includes a Form I-9 task
• A transition program that includes a Form I-9 task is manually created
• A Form I-9 task is manually added to a transition program
• The Create Form I-9 action that is associated with a Form I-9 task is manually selected from the dashboard
