Assigning groups to a task

Before employees can see their administrative tasks, administrators and generalists must complete these tasks:

Recruiters must also assign the employee to a transition program.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select User > Transition Management.

  1. Sign in as an administrator or generalist.
  2. Select Transition Management > Setup > Tasks or HR Administration > Transitions > Components > Tasks.
  3. Open a task.
  4. Click Restrict Eligibility.
    Eligible groups are displayed. If no groups are displayed, then every group is eligible.
  5. Click Create.
  6. In the field that is displayed, click the Search button.
  7. Select an option.
  8. Click outside of the field and click Save.
  9. Optionally, repeat the process to add more groups.
  10. Click Save.
