Enabling and configuring Tracker I-9 Complete

Before a Form I-9 task using Tracker I-9 Complete is created, an administrator and HR administrator must enable and configure the integration.

Before HR administrators can configure I-9 workflows in HR Talent, system administrators must enable the HR Administration Consolidated Webapp feature toggle.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administration > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

  1. As an administrator, select Transition Management > Setup > Configurations.
    As an HR administrator, select HR Administration > Transitions > Components > Configurations.
  2. Select the Enable Form I-9 check box.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. Specify this information:
    Client ID
    All clients have a unique Client ID. The client ID is provided by the Tracker Corp to clients who purchase Tracker I-9 Complete.
    API Hash Key
    All clients have a unique Encryption key. The encryption key is provided by the Tracker Corp to clients who purchase Tracker I-9 Complete.
    API URL
    API calls are sent to this URL. This URL does not include the client ID.

    • When single sign on is not used, then the value must include the client ID appended to the end of the API URL. For example, https://i9complete.com/client/setup?clientId=XXX.
    • When single sign on is used, then the URL uses single sign on to prevent the user from signing in again.

      With this setup, the base URL includes STS and the client ID appended to the end of the URL:

    Email User Credentials
    Select this check box to send an email of the username and password of the Tracker I-9 Complete to newly created Form I-9 approvers.
    Form I-9 Rehire Date
    Specify the start date.
    Use For Tracker I-9 Employer
    Select Organization to specify the organization as the Employer.
    Select Legal Entity to specify the legal entity as Employer.
    If Legal Entity is used as Employer, then the Location on the associated Legal Establishment is used as the Worksite.
    Default I-9 Workflow
    Select the I-9 workflow to configure and support in HR Talent.
    These I-9 workflows are supported in HR Talent:
    • Remote Access, Section 1 Only
    • Employer Appoint
    • Employee Appoint
    • I-9 Pro
    The default I-9 workflow is Remote Access, Section 1 Only.
  5. Click Submit.
