System-defined variables for requisition-level email templates
Note: This feature is available for implementations that use configurable hiring workflow.
Not all variables can be used for requsition-level email templates. Only variables that populate properly can be used. For example, candidate and job-application specific variables should not be used because there is no data to populate them. See information about sending requisition-level emails in Infor HR Talent Talent Acquisition User Guide.
We recommend you to use variables in requisition-level email templates.
Use these variables in the email template for To, From, CC, and BCC fields:
- Candidate
- HiringManager
- Recruiter
- AlternateRecruiter

- Supervisor
- ActualSender
Do not use the Candidate variable in the To, From, CC, BCC fields. This field does not populate when the email is sent.
