Dispositioning candidates
You can disposition a candidate at any time during the candidate selection process. If the candidate withdraws voluntarily, the candidate is moved automatically to the Disposition process with the disposition reason the recruiter administrator defined for withdrawal. Hiring managers can disposition candidates who are in the Hiring Manager Review or Qualify process.
When you disposition a candidate, incomplete candidate tasks that are associated with the requisition are automatically canceled. Administrative tasks related to a candidate's profile are also canceled if you select the

If a candidate applied for two requisitions and was dispositioned in one requisition, candidate tasks related to the dispositioned requisition are automatically canceled. Administrative tasks related to the dispositioned requisition are also canceled if you select the
