Setting up the Indeed ATS Sync to job boards

You can set up the Indeed ATS Sync integration to external job boards that are enabled with Candidate Experience. After you set up the Indeed ATS Sync integration to an external job board, all job postings are automatically sent to Indeed.

If the Indeed ATS Sync integration is disabled to an organization or job board, all job postings that are sent to Indeed are expired. Expired job postings are removed from Indeed.

After the set up, you can select Actions > Mass Send Indeed Job Sync Feed to create and send an initial feed of all existing jobs posted to Indeed. To know the appropriate time of running the action, you must coordinate with Indeed.

After the initial feed, a job posting from the Indeed ATS Sync job board that is posted, updated, or removed are reflected in real time in the employer's dashboard on Indeed.

  1. Sign in as a recruiter administrator.
  2. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration > Primary.
  3. Select a job board.
  4. Click Open.
  5. Select an effective date.
  6. Select the Include For Indeed ATS Sync check box.
  7. Click Save.
