Sending emails to selected job applicants

You can send emails to multiple candidates that you select on the list of candidates for a requisition.

To send emails to selected requisition candidates:

  1. Select Recruiter > Requisitions.
  2. Select the requisition for which you want to display candidates.
  3. On any of the candidates lists, select all the applicants that will receive the emails.
  4. Right-click any of the selected candidates and select Send Email.
  5. Select the email template to use.
    Caution: 
    Ensure that you select the right template. You cannot review or edit the email before sending.
  6. Click OK.

    The email is immediately sent to all selected candidates.
