Viewing job posting statuses with Indeed ATS Sync

After you post, update, or remove an external job posting from an Indeed ATS Sync job board, the job posting status is changed automatically.

You can view the job posting status in the Posting Status pane or on the job posting form.

If the job posting status is changed to posting live and the This posting has been submitted to Indeed message is displayed on the job posting form, then the job posting is posted successfully to Indeed.

If there is a This job posting was not sent to Indeed message that is displayed in the job posting status, then the job posting is not posted successfully to Indeed due to an error.

Select Talent Acquisition > Requisitions.
Select a requisition.
In the Posting Status pane, search the external job posting.
The status is changed to Posting live and a green check is displayed in the job posting. When you rest on the green check, a This posting has been submitted to Indeed message is displayed.
To view the job posting status on the job posting form, double-click the external job posting in the Posting Status pane.
The This posting has been submitted to Indeed message is displayed below Job Board.
