Approving draft requisitions

Select the envelope icon and then .

Open the approval request.

Edit the requisition if required and click Save As Draft.

Take one of these actions:

Approve: Click this button to approve the requisition and send a notification to the approver. If you are the final approver, this action changes the requisition to a Pending state.
Return: Click this button to return the request to the sender. The sender can modify the request and request approval again.
