Indeed ATS Sync setup

Recruiters can synchronize, update, remove, and post job postings from the organization's external job board to Indeed through the Indeed ATS Sync integration. By using the integration, external job postings are sent to Indeed in real time.

To use the integration, an Indeed employer account for the organization is required.

The integration is limited to job postings from the external job board that are enabled with Candidate Experience.

Before job postings are sent to Indeed in real time, you must ensure that these fields are specified in the job postings:
  • Title
  • Description
  • Location
  • Minimum Salary
  • Currency
  • Pay Rate Type

You must also ensure that the recruiter's email is associated to its employee record and used for work.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select User > Employee.

When the job postings are synced, candidate profiles and screening questions for job applications are sent simultaneously from Talent Acquisition to Indeed.

Administrators must set up these requirements using Infor API Gateway:
  • Indeed API suite
  • Indeed endpoint
  • Two policies for Indeed API suite
  • Infor OS Portal user

After administrators configure and recruiter administrators enable the integration, external candidates can view and apply for jobs using Indeed Apply.

When job postings on the external job board are updated, this information is synced to Indeed.

The candidate's information and their job application details are sent to Talent Acquisition.

When you enable the Indeed ATS Sync integration, a recruitment vendor record for Indeed is automatically created.

Before external candidates can upload their own resume as a part of the job application process within Indeed, you must enable resume parsing
