Enabling social share for Candidate Space

Using Social Share, users can share job postings on social media platforms. Users can share postings on Twitter and Facebook.

  1. Download the delivered configurable UI file for Candidate Space, CandidateSpace.zip.
  2. Extract the file to a folder, preserving the directory structure.
  3. Select CandidateSpace/src/js/global.js or html/js/global.js.
  4. Search for enableSocialMediaSharing.
  5. Change the value from false to true.
  6. Zip the file.
  7. Sign in to Infor HR Talent as an Administrator.
  8. Select Talent Acquisition > Code Setup > Job Boards.
  9. Select a job board.
  10. Specify an Effective Date.
  11. Click x beside the Configurable UI File field to clear out the previous CandidateSpace.zip file.
  12. In the Configurable UI File field, upload the new CandidateSpace.zip file.
  13. Click Save.
