Assigning approver templates to positions

Administrators can assign approver templates to a position instead of adding them manually to its requisitions.

Select Setup > Jobs and Positions > Positions.
Select a position from the list or create a new position.
On the Positions Detail page, click Detail.
In the Additional Position Information section, specify this information:

Requisition Approver Template

Select an approver template from the list of templates that are active and have been designated for use by requisitions. This field is available only if the Enable Configurable Approver for Requisition field is set to true at the organizational level.

Offer Approver Template

Select an approver template from the list of templates that are active and have been designated for use by offers. This field is available only if the Enable Configurable Approver for Offer field is set to true at the organizational level.

Hiring Action Type Approver Template

Select an approver template from the list of templates that are active and have been designated for use by hiring actions. This field is available only if the Enable Configurable Approver for Hire Type field is set to true at the organizational level.
Click Save.
