Disposition status of Indeed job applications
The disposition sync in Indeed enables your organization to update the disposition statuses of the Indeed job applications with a corresponding workflow step in the recruitment process.
Before the recruiters track the disposition status of job applications from Talent Acquisition in Indeed, they must set up the Indeed ATS Sync integration.
This table shows the disposition statuses that recruiters can track for job applications in Indeed:
| Disposition status | Description |
|---|---|
| New | Applicable for job applications that is received successfully from Indeed. |
| Hired | Applicable for job applications from Indeed that are hired or rehired. |
| Not Selected | Applicable for job applications from Indeed that are dispositioned successfully in Talent Acquisition.
Applicable for job applications from Indeed that are dispositioned using the Discontinue With Candidate action.
