Creating additional positions on requisitions After they enable additional positions on requisitions, recruiters can create additional positions. Sign in as a recruiter. Select Requisitions or Talent Acquisition > Requisitions. From the job list, double-click a requisition. Select Position/Job Details > Additional Positions. Click Create. Specify this information: Position Specify the name of the position. Alternatively, use the helper list to specify one or more positions. Click Submit.
