To associate a self-identification with a job application, the requisition creator selects the self-identification configuration on the requisition. All job applications for that requisition include the applicable self-identification questions.
The self-identification information given by the candidate is available to recruiter administrators and HR administrators only after the candidate has accepted the job offer. If the candidate is hired, this information becomes available to HR generalists. For job applications that are processed through Talent Acquisition, the recruiter administrator can specify the self-identification information on behalf of the candidate.
Self-identification components for external job boards with enabled Indeed ATS Sync integration
Optionally, job postings from external job boards are sent to Indeed.
Before the self-identification components are sent to Indeed, administrators must configure and recruiter administrators must enable the Indeed ATS Sync integration in Talent Acquisition.
All active self-identification components that are linked to a requisition through Self Identification Configuration are sent to Indeed for the candidate to answer during the application process.
If a self-identification component in active status is required in Talent Acquisition, then the self-identification component is required and sent to Indeed.
