Creating establishment-year data

Perform this task annually for each establishment.
  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Reports > Safety Reports > OSHA.
    The OSHA Establishments page is displayed.
  3. In the top pane, highlight the establishment for which to generate OSHA reports.
    Note: Selecting the check box does not specify the establishment. You must click within the row to highlight the establishment.
  4. In the OSHA Reports pane, click Create.

    The Create Establishment Year Data page is displayed. Verify that it shows the establishment that you highlighted.

  5. Specify this information:
    Report Year

    Specify the report year for which to generate OSHA reports.

    Annual Average Number Of Employees

    Specify the annual average number of people employed by the establishment for all years.

    Maximum Number Of Employees For The Report Year
    Specify the highest number of employees that were employed at one time in the year for which the reports are being generated.
    Total Hours Worked By All Employees Last Year

    Specify the total number of hours worked by all employees last year.

    Reason Report Was Changed (If Applicable)
    If the reports are being re-generated for the same establishment for the same year, explain why. For example, "Typo in maximum employee count for report year. 1800 previously reported, correct number is 180".
    Company Executive, Title, Phone

    Information about the executive in your organization on whose behalf the reports are being run.

  6. Click Submit.
    The OSHA Reports pane displays a new row for the configured report year. The row contains these links to OSHA reports: 300 A, 300 and 301.
