Creating injury-severity codes

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Safety > Injury Severity.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Type a code and description for the new injury-severity level.
    Examples of injury-severity levels are Life-threatening, Serious, Minor.
  5. Optionally, clear the Active check box to hide this option from users during incident reporting.
  6. Click Save.
