Creating accident types

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Safety > Accident Types.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Type a code and description for the new accident type.
    Examples of accident types are Fire, Explosion, Chemical spill, Needlestick accident, Motor-vehicle accident.
  5. Optionally, clear the Active check box to hide this option from users during incident reporting.
  6. Click Save.
