Viewing the OSHA 300 report

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Reports > Safety Reports > OSHA.
    The OSHA Establishments page is displayed.
  3. On the upper pane, highlight the row of the establishment.
  4. On the OSHA Reports pane, click the 300 link for the establishment and the year.
    If no row is available for the establishment and the year, then the data has not been created.
  5. On the OSHA 300 page, click the View Reports action.
  6. On the next page, click the link in the View RTF column.

    The report is generated and may be placed in the bottom tray of your browser, depending on your computer configuration.

    Note: PDF format is not available for this report.

    If a link is not available, then return to the previous page and click the Generate OSHA 300 action.

  7. Optionally, generate a CSV report by clicking the Generate OSHA 300 CSV action that is associated with the lower pane.
