Mass assigning screening packages to resources

Before performing this task, screening eligibility groups must be defined in Administrator > Set Up > Custom Groups.

Select Administrator > Resources > Screening Packages > Assign Packages.
Select the eligibility group to which to assign the screening packages.

Note:
The screening eligibility group must be defined with a business class of WorkAssignment and a business subject of HCMGroupScreening.
Specify one of these fields:

Screening Category

Select a screening category to assign all of the screening packages that are associated with the screening category to the eligible resources.

Package

Select a screening package to assign to the eligible resources.

Note:
If a screening category is selected, then only screening packages that are associated with the screening category can be assigned to the selected resources.
Click OK to submit the action immediately.

or

Click Schedule to schedule the action to be run at a later time.
