Adding addresses as an administrator using the Lookup Address integration

Before you add an address to a resource profile using the Address Lookup integration, you must activate the Address Lookup integration.

You can still add an address manually after an administrator activates the Address Lookup integration by selecting the Enter Address Manually check box.

  1. Activate the Address Lookup integration.

    See Activating the Address Lookup integration.

  2. Select a resource profile to add an address:
    1. From the Infor HR Talent page, sign in as an Administrator.
    2. Select Resources > Resources.
    3. Select the resource profile to add an address.
    4. Click Personal Information.
    5. In the Addresses pane, click Create.
  3. Add an address using the Address Lookup integration:
    1. Select the effective date to add in the address.
    2. Optionally, provide a description of the address.
    3. Select the country of the address.
    4. In Enter your address here field, specify the address. You can also select a suggested address or address group.

      You can select a more specific address from the list of addresses in an address group.

    5. Optionally, select the Enter Address Manually check box to specify an address manually.
    6. Optionally, click Edit to change the address that you select in the Enter your address here field.
    7. Optionally, select the Send Mail To This Address check box to use this address as the mailing address of the resource.
    8. Optionally, select the I Live At This Address check box to use this address as the payroll address and the current home address of the resource.
    9. Click Save.
    Note:  You can select the Send Mail To This Address and I Live At This Address check boxes for the same address. You can select only one mailing address and one home address of the resource.
  4. Optionally, add an address manually:
    1. Select the effective date of the address.
    2. Optionally, provide a description of the address.
    3. Select the Enter Address Manually check box to add an address manually.
    4. Specify these address details:
      • Country
      • Street
      • City
      • State or province
      • Zip code
      • Region, optional
      • County or district, optional
    5. Click Save.
    The address is displayed immediately for employees, managers, and generalists.
