Exporting reports and lists to CSV

Users and administrators can export reports and lists to CSV or Excel files.

You can view a list of completed CSV files in the Print Files tab of the Report Catalog.

  1. Select Report Catalog > Reports.
  2. Select the module checkbox and the types of report to export.

    For example, select Absence. If you select only the module, then all the checked reports are exported.

  3. Click More Actions and the Export To button.
  4. Select CSV.

    You can also select Excel.

    The file is downloaded with the filename Report+Catalog.csv.

    To export reports and lists in the report list displayed, click More Actions displayed next to the report name and select Export to CSV.
