Verifying security policies for navigation and delivered reports

Customers can view delivered security policies. These policies include updates from service releases. Customers can determine whether the updates affect their configurations.

Customers often make modifications to delivered security policies for navigation items and delivered reports. Customers can review a new policy against the current policy on their system. They can also view Infor-generated recommendations and use built-in tools to handle the changed policy.

If there are changes to a delivered policy, the Review Changes tab is displayed for the selected security policy. Users can configure the policy or select Mark Reviewed. If you select Mark Reviewed, the Policy page is updated to display the reviewed date and indicate all the reviewed and delivered changes.

  1. Select Security Administration.

    If policies are delivered but are not yet reviewed, they are displayed on the main page.

  2. Click a policy to view the changes or click the View All Changes link. If you click View All, the reports are listed on the Policies In Use Needing Review page.
  3. Click each tab to review changed policies and take actions as required.
