A payroll administrator can create new time records in an existing batch. This is useful in instances such as when an employee is not able to create a time record, and the payroll administrator must create it in a batch of time records so that the batch balances to expected totals.

- Select a batch.
- In the Batch section, click Create.
- Specify this information:

Optionally, specify a batch number for the time record.

Specify the employment ID.

Work Assignment

Specify the work assignment.

Specify a date.

Hours

Optionally, specify the hours and the units for the time record.

If you specified a value in the Hours field, specify an amount.

Optionally, specify a currency.

Check Group

Optionally, select a check group.

Tax Frequency Override
