A payroll administrator can create a new time record with a status of Current so it can be processed in the current payroll cycle.

- On the Current Cycle tab, click Create.
- Specify this information:

Specify a date.

Hours

Optionally, specify the hours and the units for the time record.

Specify a pay code.

Amount

If you specified a value in the Hours field, specify an amount.

Optionally, specify a currency.

Optionally, specify a shift.

Check Group

Optionally, select a check group.

Process Group

Optionally, select a process group.

Tax Frequency Override

Optionally, select a frequency for the tax frequency override.
- Specify a value for other applicable fields.
- Click Save.
