Creating deduction payment groups

  1. Select Payroll Administrator > Setup > Deduction Structure.
    or

    Select Administrator > Set Up > Payroll > Deduction Structure.

  2. Click the Deduction Payment Groups tab.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Deduction Payment Group
    Specify a name for the deduction payment group.
    Description
    Specify a description.
    Payment Description
    Specify a payment description.
  5. Click Save.
