Integrating one-time deductions with ION

With ION integration, one-time deductions can automatically remain synchronized with an external system.

  1. Add the object schema.
    1. In ION Desk, select Data Catalog > Object Schemas.
    2. Click Add.
    3. Select Generate from Sample Data.
    4. Select Build manually and click Next.
    5. Specify this information:
      Object Name
      Specify OneTimeDeductionImport.
      Object Type
      Select Any.
    6. Click Finish.
  2. Add the object schema to the connection point.
    1. In ION Desk, select Connect > Connection Points .
    2. Open the connection point.
    3. Click Add to add a new document to the connection point.
    4. Select the OneTimeDeductionImport document.
    5. Click OK.
    6. Click Save.
  3. Add a new document flow, configure application activities, and configure transmitted documents.

    When adding the document in the Documents section, select the the OneTimeDeductionImport document.
