Viewing Deductions By Payment Detail report

Before using the Deductions By Payment Detail report, you must reset and replicate the COL_PAYROLL_ST replication set.

You can search for data by legal entity, legal establishments, and deductions. Depending on your role, you might not have access to certain data when viewing the Deductions By Payment Detail report.

  1. Select Administration > Reports.
  2. In the General pane, click Deduction History.
  3. Click the Deductions By Payment Detail tab.
  4. In the Payroll Year field, specify the payroll year for which to view the deduction details.
  5. Optionally, specify information in other fields.
  6. To view and manage deductions by payment data, click the Charts drop-down and select these options:
    • Totals By Employee: The payment schedule and deductions for each employee.

      This is the default view when searching by payroll year.

    • Totals By Legal Entity: Shows the deductions according to the legal entity associated with the work assignment.
    • Totals By Legal Establishment: The payroll data is grouped according to each legal establishment defined within a legal entity.

      In the US, the Legal Establishment column may be blank as legal establishments are not required.

    • Totals By Deduction: The payroll data is displayed based on deductions.
