Requirements for using the ActorOrgUnitPayrollAdministrator_ST role

These tasks must be performed to use the ActorOrgUnitPayrollAdministrator_ST role.

• Administrators must enable the Payroll Consolidated WebApp feature toggle.

  See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

• The ActorOrgUnitPayrollAdministrator_ST and ActorOrgUnitEmployee_ST roles must be assigned to the actor in User Management on the Security Roles tab.

• The actor must be assigned to an organization unit. Select HR Administration > Administration > Setup > Actor Organization Unit or select Administrator > Set Up > Actor Organization Unit > Actor Org Unit Levels Setup.

• The ActorOrgUnitPayrollAdministrator_ST role must have Processing Manager access for payment schedules, bank codes, and legal entities.
