Time records with double asterisk (**) are supplied. The Pay Code’s Pay Summary Group is not tied to the Overtime Pay Class in Time Entry Organizations’ setup.
Output
The employee’s historical time records tied to the Overtime Pay Class in Time Entry Organizations’ setup with Overtime Premium Amount are accumulated and reported based on the Legal Entity on the historical time record.
Note: If an employee has historical overtime time records across multiple legal entities, the system generates Employee Configurable Field records by Legal Entity each capturing the accumulated overtime premium amount for the respective Legal Entity.
The Employee Configurable Fields record is updated with these values:
- Employee: 70091
- Payroll Year: 2025
- Legal Entity: INFOR
- OBBBA Overtime Premium Amount: 2,700.00
