Defining OBBBA payment schedules

  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Reports.
  2. In the US Regulatory pane, click Year End.
  3. In the Setup pane, click OBBBA Payment Schedules.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Select and open a country code from the list.
  6. Specify this information.
    Payroll Year
    Specify the reporting year.
    Legal Entity
    Specify a legal entity.
  7. Click Save.
  8. In the payment schedules list, specify this information.
    Payment Schedule
    Select the original payment schedule for the employees’ historical time records.
    OBBBA Payment Schedule
    Select the mapped payment schedule to use as the rule to determine the employee's total overtime premium amount for the payroll year.
  9. Click Save.
