Updating the delivery method for wage and tax compliance documents

Before you update your delivery preference for the compliance documents, you must ensure that these requirements are met:
  1. The system administrator enabled the Employee Consolidated Webapp feature toggle.

  2. You have the required Employee_ST security role.

Depending on the organization's configuration, employees can opt in or opt out of paperless delivery of compliance documents.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select Pay.
  3. Click on the Tax Documents tab.
  4. In the Wage and Tax-Delivery Method pane, click Update Delivery Preference.
  5. If paperless delivery is disabled, select the Enable Paperless Delivery check box to enable paperless delivery. If paperless delivery is enabled, select the Disable Paperless Delivery check box to disable paperless delivery.
  6. Click Submit.
