Configuring external rater access

To enable the External Rater Appraisal Feedback feature, administrators must enable the External Rater Appraisal Feedback toggle on the Feature toggles page or configure the setting through the Organization Configuration menu.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

  1. Select Administration > Appraisals > Organization Configuration.
  2. Select the Details tab.
  3. In the Submit Form section, select the Enable Submit Action on Appraisal Entry Form check box.
  4. Specify this information:
    External Rater Copy
    Provide external rater copy instructions.

    The value in this field is displayed in the Submit action form of the External Rater Appraisal.

  5. In the External Rater Appraisal section, specify this information:
    Email Rule
    Provide email rules for External Rater Appraisal notification.
    Available
    Select Automatic Email to send an email when the External Rater Appraisal is created and set to Draft status. Otherwise, select No Email.
    Submitted For Review
    Select Automatic Email to send an email when the External Rater Appraisal is submitted and set to Submitted For Review status. Otherwise, select No Email.
    Email Template
    Select the appraisal email template.
